What is your jewelry made of? Our jewelry is made of fine, nickel free pewter with genuine silver plating.  From our experiences, pewter allergies occur when lead or nickel is in the casting, which is not allowed in the US but happens frequently in low grade products from overseas. All of our chains are stainless steel.


Shipping? 

Shipping prices are determined by USPS based on weight.

First Class USPS shipping: Costs 3.50 - 5.50 depending on location from NY. Since most items are approximately 3oz. you may get up to 5 items and still ship first class  which normally usually takes 5 to 12 business days. Lately that time frame has had many delays, if you choose this way, please don't hold us responsible for the that, it is out of our hands, your tracking number will let you know what is going on.

Priority Mail Shipping: Costs 7.00- 9.00 depending on location from NY. Need it quicker? Choose the priority mail option which arrives 4 to 6 days after arriving at the post office. 

We are a small company and do our best to ship out as quickly as possible. Once the item is packed you will receive an email with a tracking number regardless of how it is shipped.

Do you ship internationally? Right now we ship outside of the US to Canada and the UK.



Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do our  best to describe all items as accurately as possible. And will work with you if unsatisfied. 

I do accept exchanges if items are broken. The customer will need to pay for postage for different items being shipped.

I do not accept returns on masks. Because of the nature of items, and current Covid 19 situation as it is.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please fill out all shipping information and include first AND last name. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. 

It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order.  

If a package is returned or rejected, you will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.

Once a shipping label is created and picked up by the carrier, the responsibility falls on the purchaser to file any claims with carriers for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. If you choose to ship priority it is automatically insured for 50.00 value.
